I was very unhappy with the way the extended warranty was pushed even after I said multiple times that I didn't want it. Stay away! ! Purchased a vehicle and had problems immediately, the touch screen wasn't working and the suspension is off. I was told that they had 2 service tech ! Purchased a vehicle and had problems immediately, the touch screen wasn't working and the suspension is off. I was told that they had 2 service techs take my vehicle out and could not replicate the problem. I drive through the city streets feeling like I am on a boat, rocking side to side and the rear end swinging side to side. Supposedly they said they replaced the touch screen, yet I still have problems with it. It took them 2 weeks to do this and I was told they would contact me to let me know what was going on, but no one called. They had me contact a different dealership that dealt with my vehicle and explain the problem. I did that, and was told that they would talk to the techs and get back to me. No one did. I ended up calling them, to find out that the service person I talked to contacted the service rep where I purchased the vehicle and explained to them what needed to be done and that they needed to contact me to make arrangements to fix the problem. 2 days later and I am still waiting for someone to contact me. More
