Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Mercedes! I went in to take a test drive super undecided on what I wanted to do at the time but wanted to see how I liked the car. Just because of how kind everyone was to us at the initial test drive made me want to come back. I ended up going back about a week later to purchase the vehicle and I cannot say enough how great everyone was from Jonathan my salesman to Windy and John in F&I. More

The employees who check you in and out were very thorough and pleasant. Mark, the Shop Foreman, was diligent in diagnosing and repairing two repairs. He even took the time to take a ride with me to "hear th and pleasant. Mark, the Shop Foreman, was diligent in diagnosing and repairing two repairs. Bill, the Asst Parts & Service Manager, was also instrumental in making this process run smoothly.
