He genuinely listened attentively to what I was looking for, quoted pricing that was fair & understandable, and outlined easy next steps that could put me behind the wheel of a 2025 CRV Hybrid within 24 – 48 hours. I slept on it and then called him the next day to start the process. He easily guided me through the steps of the buying process that I was able to do from my home and then offered the option to deliver the CRV to my home within 24 hours.
