For me the process was uneventful, which is a positive. I had done my homework and knew what I had wanted. I had no issues with my salesman or the dealership. Purchasing a used car with my daughter. It was supposed to be an exciting happy moment, however Jon found a way to ruin it. Within the first 10 mins he found a way to make us feel ridicul It was supposed to be an exciting happy moment, however Jon found a way to ruin it. Within the first 10 mins he found a way to make us feel ridiculous for pointing out brown spots(we thought was rust) that happen to appear after the car was washed. He was rude and acted annoyed about the fact that we had found hair and bugs inside the car after it was supposedly detailed. Im sorry but when you are spending 30k and buying a car a couple years old people may point out things and we did. How Jon face started becoming more and more red and he became more hostile. I think we thought it was going to be a quick sale with a teenager but it wasn't. Jon is hostile. He is annoyed when you ask him questions like whether there are any certified pre owned vehicles. He ruined my daughter's first experience with buying a used car. He was rude to my wife. I do not recommend buying a car from him. More
