I was assisted by Kevin Hernandez when I traded in my 2021 Altima for a 2024 Altima. He helped me determine which payment options would be right for me (leasing vs. financing) and helped me to find a veh 2021 Altima for a 2024 Altima. He helped me determine which payment options would be right for me (leasing vs. financing) and helped me to find a vehicle I was happy with. Working with Kevin was great! He’s knowledgeable, concerned, and conscientious with his customers. I appreciate his willingness to help, kindness, patience, professionalism, and his integrity. Thank you SO much and I would love to do business with him again. I also had the pleasure of working with Jon, the Client Care Specialist, who contacted me to see if I was happy with my new vehicle. I met him in person on 4/23/24 when I had a question about my new vehicle. Jon is friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and caring. I’m happy with the vehicle and with Zeigler’s customer service. We were not sure if we were going to trade in our 2021 Rogue when we arrived at Zeigler. But when we met Djamal Oucif we were pleased with our decision to trade our Rogue for a 2024 Rogue!! Had me waiting forever, wasn’t getting a new car was keeping my car from a lease. I was there for four hours went almost 30 mins without seeing someone at some points. I drove over an hour to go to this dealership which was a mistake, they said they’d give me a better deal then my local dealer which I came to find out was incorrect. Didn’t even have water to offer me while I was there but could afford a nice fancy remodel. Will absolutely not be returning. Didn’t finish closing in my car until I threatened to leave and suddenly it wasn’t such a long process anymore. More
