I was a first time car buyer and a little nervous about the whole thing but he was so friendly and full of information that I was immediately at ease. I knew Toyota was the place to go for my first car since my fiance has gotten all his cars here and I had seen it first hand how trustworthy they were. When discussing how I would pickup my car since I didn't currently have one, John even offered to pick me up if need be. It didn't come to that but it was such a nice gesture and just proves how far Toyota will go to make sure you have a great and easy experience. Thank you! More
