Since change of ownership the quality of care and costumer service has been terrible. During an oil change my tires were rotated when I asked them not to because I want to even out the tread from get costumer service has been terrible. During an oil change my tires were rotated when I asked them not to because I want to even out the tread from getting new front tires. Then my car had burning oil when I drove my car home. To top that off ever since the car was serviced my front tires now feel loose or as if there is a part not put back on especially when I drive over bumps or turn. This is disappointing because I like the location. But I don’t want further damage to my car. All they care about is getting your money. They did not speak kindly when I called about the issues and did not once apologize. More
