I brought my car up to Columbia Genesis with my passenger head light fogs up got an appointment while I was there. Just to return on my appointment to find out they did not record the problem. And then to be head light fogs up got an appointment while I was there. Just to return on my appointment to find out they did not record the problem. And then to be told it's alright for one side to fog up and not the other side. Also the wrote it down wrong on my paperwork both sides when I said only the passenger side. More

I had tried to schedule my first routine maintenance at a more local Hyundai dealership, but they couldn't squeeze in my basic oil change for 2 whole weeks, and I was in immediate need of the oil change due more local Hyundai dealership, but they couldn't squeeze in my basic oil change for 2 whole weeks, and I was in immediate need of the oil change due to mileage. I called Columbia, where I had originally purchased my car, explained the urgency, and they told me to bring it in, same-day. Each person that I spoke with was very polite and helpful. It did take a little while for them to finish the service, but they were admittedly very busy, and I can't knock them for that. They even washed my car for me, and I wasn't expecting that kind of luxury treatment. They didn't have to do anything other than change my oil, but they went that little extra, and I really appreciate it. So far, I have had nothing but good things to say about Hyundai as a car manufacturer, or Colombia as one of their dealerships. Both the sales, and the service departments seem to reflect what I'd expect from a company when making such an important and expensive investment as buying a new car. Thank you Columbia Hyundai- you da real MVP. More
