Salesperson & Test drive went smoothly. The process got off the rails in finance. Held us there at the d-ship way to long only to find out the system for the deal was down. Had to drive bac The process got off the rails in finance. Held us there at the d-ship way to long only to find out the system for the deal was down. Had to drive back from Indiana to finish deal. Then there was a price change. Gave multiple people the opportunity to set this deal right and not a one would help. Shame on the manager for not having his ear to the sales floor to intercept problems like mine that could have been solved with the offer of floor mats or an oil change. Sad really the customer focus is missing by leadership. I would love to talk to a GM or Joseph family executive to help salvage my bad feelings. We shall see who watches these surveys. Final point watch the F&I guy. There are other places to buy. More

My first visit for service. Employee that met me at the garage door, (immediately upon my arrival), was very welcoming and friendly. Having seen many auto service waiting rooms in my lifetime, your’s was a welcomed site. Open and bright with comfortable chairs, and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Service completion time was not excessive. Cashier was friendly and efficient . Overall a very pleasant experience. . More
