I did not like no one seemed to mention that when I purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitud purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitude towards it at the beginning was not helpful. The fact also the car had major marks on it after the car wash and no one noticed until I said something was another negative. The experience should be better and I hope someone gets with John and the managers with me to discuss what was said during my car deal. That needs to be honored. More

I purchased a 2017 HRV and maintained service to 100K miles without hesitation. During my follow-up call, Joe invited me in to discuss the appraisal value of my 2017 as well as discussing the options av miles without hesitation. During my follow-up call, Joe invited me in to discuss the appraisal value of my 2017 as well as discussing the options available for upgrade. We discussed a few requirements over the phone and Joe did a follow up call per my request to set an appointment. He scheduled me with Morris who knew what I was looking for upon arrival at the dealership, discussed my options, and worked with me to drive off with exactly what I wanted. Joe followed up the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied and thrilled with my selection. Maybe I'll not wait another 8 yrs / 100K miles before I decide to trade this one in, we'll see, but it'll definitely be here again :) More

For me, buying a new car has usually been a bad experience. Sitting for hours, multiple checks with other staff, etc. The deal I made for trading in my 2019 Accord Touring Hybrid for a 2025 versi experience. Sitting for hours, multiple checks with other staff, etc. The deal I made for trading in my 2019 Accord Touring Hybrid for a 2025 version was good. Getting there was a awkward as the initial sales representative I worked with the week before neglected to share critical information with the sales person I ended up working with for the deal (the handoff between them was face to face). That part of the experience made me feel the original sales person didn't respect me as an individual or as a customer. Curtleigh and Jon did a great job of recovering for their colleague and helped me drive away in a new car within my target range for cost. And they accomplished it in a reasonable time frame.
