There was a slight technical issue with my bank that prevented me from making a purchase on a car the same day I arrived, but everybody was more than accommodating and was able to hold the car while I resolved this issue. I also would like to mention Jon Koresky from the finance department and Jackie Dempsey another sales representative. Jon assisted in establishing the financial plan regarding my car and worked to ensure I was getting the best plan according to my budget. He was very transparent about which offers/plans were not worth enrolling in and was also very patient and accommodating as I resolved the issue with my bank. Jackie had assisted me in signing up for Auto-insurance and she graciously assisted while we were on the phone with the insurance company for around 1 hour. This was my first time buying a car and I believe the entire team at Granite Subaru worked well to ensure that this was as smooth of a process as possible. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new/used car in the Southern NH area to go to Granite Subaru, as the people I mentioned above and the rest of their team will ensure you receive the best service and walk away with a quality vehicle. I first inquired about a particular used car online and it was a pretty quick response time. I was able to get an appointment immediately. We were greeted by Chase and he was friendly and easy to work with it was a pretty quick response time. I was able to get an appointment immediately. The registration process seemed very slow compared with past experiences, but it’s probably out of their control and we were out of state.
