In the end the possibility of a smell in the van kept us from purchasing. Jim and John sent the van for special cleaning and offered to bring to Jackson for our inspection but we decided to not take the chance even though the smell issue may have been resolved. More

My husband and I had visited a different dealership prior My husband and I had visited a different dealership prior to calling Grogan's, I didn't have any reason to think that we would need to be looking ar My husband and I had visited a different dealership prior to calling Grogan's, I didn't have any reason to think that we would need to be looking around or calling other dealerships, since I knew what I wanted to look at, and I figured it would be easy for not only us but the salesman as well. Not only did the other dealership NOT put me in the car I wanted to test drive, the guy tried to "sell" me other SUVS that I had no interest in. I left the first dealership feeling very discouraged and just not excited like I thought I was going to be. So 2 days later I called Grogan's, I was connected with Jon Hainer. We made an appointment for that day. We got there, and right off the bat my husband and I felt as ease. Jon has that type of personality where you feel like you've known him for years. He took us out to the lot where the vehicles that we were interested in were parked. I'm the type of person that does my research for weeks sometimes months before I make a decision. So I don't want to try and be sold on something else, when I already know what I want. However, my husband is a very inquisitive person, so he had a few questions about other vehicles just out of his curiosity. Jon answered them, but never tried to "sell" us on one. Heather was also another person we worked. She helped us with the financing, she was awesome! Answered every question we had. Very friendly. I left that day in my new vehicle smiling ear to ear. I love great customer service, and that is just what we got! Thanks again to Jon and everyone at Grogan's for making our experience so wonderful! We will be back in the future. More
