Jon has been in the car business since the late 60?s when he joined his brother, Bob Grossman, at a VW dealership in Nyack, NY. He went on to own a Mercedes and BMW store in Hamden, CT and subsequently a Saab dealership in Old Saybrook. He even sold Fiat, Rover and MG over the years. He tried to retire young in 1983 but could only play so much tennis and got back into the business in 1991. He has lived in Stony Creek since 1969 where he loves to sail with his wife.

I would recommend Grossman to anyone and everyone. From the moment I started my car search they where respective and not pushy at all. After all my research I knew exactly what I wanted and when I arrived the moment I started my car search they where respective and not pushy at all. After all my research I knew exactly what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealer they already had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me. Both Jym and Jon made the buying process very smooth. Jym was very responsive online and always answered any question I had. Jon showed me the vehicle and was very informative about the details. I couldn't have expected a better experience. Joe prepared all the paperwork and didn't push any extras on me. I was in and out in no time at all! Needless to say I am thrilled to have my new car and such a good experience!
