I've been helping people find the right vehicle since 1999. Doesn't seem like a long time, but I guess it is. I enjoy working for Russ Darrow, we always take care of our customers and employees. I will definitely retire from here! I enjoy fishing even though I'm not good at it. I like to tinker at home with anything that can be torn apart. Live spending time with my Lovely wife Lisa and my 4 kids.

Very disappointed a certified preowned vehicle needs a new set of 4 tires a few months after leaving the lot. Expectations of certified would be tires in excellent shape or replaced / new. No appointment. Just showed up, and asked for a oil change rotate, and expressed my concerns about the active noise cancelling on the newer rams.(it likes to go off intermittently in the morning when I change rotate, and expressed my concerns about the active noise cancelling on the newer rams.(it likes to go off intermittently in the morning when I'm leaving for work in the morning). Ally, and Chris listened to what I needed, and the issue of the frame shaking bass cannon... It was in, and out in less time, than I thought. The service advisor ally went thru the inspection sheet with me ( It was nice to see an advisor who understands, and cares about my investment maybe as much as I do.lol). Truck was washed ( my clear coat thanks you), and I was out the door, and over to PetSmart. More

Brian was extremely helpful and patient with our vehicle selection. He brought us a car from the Milwaukee store which we consequently purchased.
