He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and assertive but without being pushy. He listens and shows patience and understanding, and it was more of a pleasure to purchase through such a wonderful young man. Dealership went above and beyond. I bought a slightly used vehicle, and a couple weeks after I purchased I noticed a flaw in the driver’s seat that I hadn’t noticed before. Even though cosmetic issues were not covered in my warranty, the dealer replaced my seat and gave me a loaner car for a few days as well. This were under no obligation to do this, but did so as a goodwill gesture at no cost. THIS is something their competitors with hidden costs, etc surely would not have done. This is an example of why it’s worth it to buy from a reputable dealership with great customer service. They took care of me, and I felt I got a great deal with great service. Win win!! More
