I spent two days trying to get my wife her dream car , was told I only needed to put 1K down and send over some paper work. I agreed and did just that. Once I completed everything I didn’t hear from them for over 2 hours just to be told “ sorry someone is working the deal” “ there is nothing I can do “ after I spent two full days getting them everything they needed and not to mention it took them a day to respond to my messages. I wouldn’t use them if they were the only place on earth I could get a car I would rather walk the rest of my life then give them business. More

Alberta was our sales person she was very sweet, honest which I love and direct which we appreciated.Alberta made our buying experience go very smoothly and Carlos helped out as well. We purchased a Lexus it runs very smooth in good condition and priced perfectly for our budget. They provided us with a Carfax and a Auto Check reports . Johnny in the finance department finalized our paperwork and explained the numbers to us. HGreg in Orlando has the best employees all positive, thoughtful and NO PRESSURE!!! Yes you read that correctly no pressure to buy... not your typical Dealership but that’s the best part. We will be going back to help our daughter purchase a vehicle when she’s ready. Darrell Went to HGreg Orlando last Saturday to test drive a 2015 BMW 428i convertible we saw a online. We we introduced to DT (Darrell Thornton). Darrell was a pleasure to work with. When we informed him of the car we were interested in he immediately tracked it down in a huge lot of cars. We took the car for a test drive and knew it was the car we wanted. We previously owned a BMW 328i convertible so we knew what to look for in the new 428i version. Everything in this BMW was emaculate. However, I did notice that the break pads might be too worn. I felt disappointed that I might have to drive off the lot and turn around and get a break job done at a local shop or take time to do it myself. I asked DT if they had someone that could let me know how much life was left on the breaks. He assured me it wasn’t a problem. We had to wait a while for them to inspect the breaks but it was time well spent because when DT came back he said all break pads needed to be replaced and they would do it at no charge. I was so relieved. He said I would have to come back on Monday to get it done. I went back Monday to have the breaks done. I arrived at 9am and they immediately took the car in. Unfortunately they didn’t have the pads in stock but that’s understandable with the amount of different vehicles they have. So I asked if there was a place to get something to eat nearby. They said they would have Reggie take me anywhere I’d like to go. I found a local breakfast place and they had Reggie bring me and pick me up. I thought that was cool. When I got back I was informed that the rotors needed replacement too. It took more time but I feel it was time we’ll spent considering the cost of the job would be around $600-$800. In the end I have an awesome vehicle at a great price with brand new breaks. I would definitely buy from them again. I’m a happy customer!!! More
