This is sincerely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I'm tired of them telling me they're trying to get a hold of me when it's in fact I'm the one trying to get a hold of them. I mean when my thir to. I'm tired of them telling me they're trying to get a hold of me when it's in fact I'm the one trying to get a hold of them. I mean when my third party warranty tells me they can't get a hold of a dealer to pay them, there's an issue. No point to talk to Jim or James or whatever his name is. He's just as useless as the two service managers. One month almost to get my speedometer changed out. Couldn't even wash my car, but there's a few more door dings on the passenger side from incompetent valet drivers or technicians? Whichever the carelessness holds no bounds. And of course I have nothing to prove that but I know. Read the other reviews about the damage to people's cars. Called for a shuttle at 9: 30 told it's going to be 30 to 40 minutes. Text my wife after an hour and a half she had to leave work to come get me. Then I get to the front window and I'm told it's $700. Wasn't I waiting for the warranty process? If you have to go to a Honda dealership, do yourself a favor and go to another one. I will never go back to this dealership. More

Buyers beware! ! I bought a used Nissan pathfinder from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda about a month ago and It was a complete nightmare and the worst car buying experie ! I bought a used Nissan pathfinder from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda about a month ago and It was a complete nightmare and the worst car buying experience l've ever had. The sales and service departments are very shady and full of lies. They sold me a car that they claimed passed a smog check until a few weeks later the DMV called and said they can't register the vehicle because something is suspicious with the smog paperwork come to find out after the dealer had my car for over two weeks, trying to smog it, there is an issue with the computer not reading the 02 sensor monitors and they were unable to figure it out. I tried to give them time to fix it, but got fed up and demanded my money back and for them to unwind the contract. After I finally got my money back then they tried to pressure me into buying a brand new Honda and I told them I would never buy a vehicle from the dealer because they are very shady and untrustworthy and I will be reporting them to the DMV and the bureau of automotive repairs. Don't make the mistake like I did in dealing with this dealer go to rock Honda or another dealer. Now they are trying to re-sell it without updating the carfax. More

Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment for OIL CHANGE. Because engine light was on they put in the service for inspection and not an oil change. When vehicle was done they still did not do oil change so had to wait even longer, my spouse took it in so when charged $180 didn't realize that was not the normal oil change cost. Then when they did oil change charged another $60! Best they could do was give 10 off... the inspection they didn't even know why the engine light was on just gave a guess. The principle was we did not ask for that service at all, we wanted an oil change. We got the vehicle in late with 0% oil life so already figured the light was on because we needed the oil change. We have been loyal customers for over 11 years so this is very disappointing they scammed us this visit and refusing to make it right! We did not want the inspection at all!! They definitely lost our business we will not be returning. More

Experience just with the recall work itself was good. Getting the appointment (and previous appointments) was terrible.
