2 months ago I regret ever buying from them. I've been asking since I bought the car (IN NOVEMBER) to order a part for me and they still haven't. I had my oil change there recently and the person who changed my oil never screwed the splashed guard back on causing it to come almost completely off. I had to pull over on the highway and try to fix it with FISHING LINE! and then again 3-4 times, IN MY WORK CLOTHES. By the time I figured what was making a noise, I was more then half way home, which I live 35 min away. I had my husband zip tie it so It was a little safer for me. I called them immediately to talk to someone and was told someone would call me back and if I didn't hear anything to give a call on Sat, which I did. At that point I asked for the manager and was never connected. I called again, angrier and asked to speak to ANY manager, got switched to 5 different people, was told I would be connected to his voicemail, but found out he doesn't have one. I expressed how angry I was and was going to call the BBB. They said the message was going to be put his desk with my name and number, and told them if I didn't hear anything THAT DAY (6/27/22) I was contacting the BBB and he noted that on my message. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!!! HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM THEM SINCE DAY ONE, AND WAS TOLD IF I PUT MONEY DOWN, I WAS STUCK WITH THEM. TRIED TO GIVE THEM A SHOT! The seller took so long to get back to me about "having the car fixed and the right side" that He had to see if a different loan can be taken out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Worst buying experience I have ever had purchasing a car (or really, anything). Based on other reviews, we brought the car to an outside mechanic for a check prior to purchase. Brakes needed to be repaired, (or really, anything). Based on other reviews, we brought the car to an outside mechanic for a check prior to purchase. Brakes needed to be repaired, and ABWW refused to have an outside mechanic do the work. Other reviews referenced work was never done that they claimed was completed, so on the day of pickup we requested photos of the completed work as proof before driving up to the dealership. Requests were ignored or denied for over 5 hours before proof was magically sent via photos 6 hours later. My guess is that they never did the work until pushed for proof. Other issues - -Bad reputation- the federal credit union that I am a member of refused to even work with this dealership. - Extremely unprofessional staff. I was verbally abused by the "sales" person Mya in front of multiple witnesses in the office. Mya was completely unorganized, had no paperwork prepared despite telling us she had everything ready, spoke in a very unprofessional manner and was just all around sloppy about her work. - Photos on website did not show extensive body damage to vehicle- taken far away to avoid showing damage. When we went to see the vehicle in person, they pulled it in between 2 parked cars so avoid us seeing damage walking up to the car. - Extremely long wait times. We waited 2 hours just to see the car and process the deposit. Waited over 3 hours to complete sale. No one acknowledged us sitting there. - Poor attention to customers - I watched many people come in and they were ignored when they wanted information. There is more- but please take this as a warning. If I save one person the harassment and horrible experience of buying a car at this dealership it is worth it. More

I reached out to the dealership several times via email, phone and text about a car I was interested in and never heard back. So after several attempts over the course of just over a week, I finally gave u phone and text about a car I was interested in and never heard back. So after several attempts over the course of just over a week, I finally gave up. Their name is correct... there's got to be a better way! I will never waste my time trying to work with them again. More

Horrible service department! Purchased a car and picked it on December 27th, check engine light came on 2 days later.....the car has been back 3 times for several issues. They kept the car for 2 weeks minimum each time and never fixed the issue. They don't communicate the diagnosis or work done. When I called John for help dealing with the service issues, he couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, they are lacking in professionalism, honesty and service! More

They fish you in with bogus ads with low price cars that don’t exist and try to flip you into financing more expensive similar cars.. should of known it’s to good to be true. Stay away from here. I had multiple instances where I needed this warranty used, but their service department does not pick up the phone or return messages. I went in, and they said it'll be 6 months to service the car, and to try again then. Clearly they don't have the proper amount of mechanics for the amount of work needed, and the customer service is awful! [UPDATE] Currently in a 1 month limbo with this company. The transmission completely failed on my vehicle, and my extended warranty that I purchased is a mere 400 miles past the warranty. While I realize they're under no obligation, I have read many accounts of dealers seeking a "Good Faith" agreement with the warranty company where up to half of the cost has been covered. At this point, I would settle for a sense of urgency in the customer service department over even compensation. Lost my job a few months ago due to the reemergence of Covid, and subsequent slowing of work so I am in literal dire straits. Looking for some compassion out of Better Way Wholesale Autos, but at this point I would have to say their customer service ends once the sale has transpired. More
