Johnny provided me with the perfect level of support as I considered purchasing my new-to-me car. He was obviously informed about the vehicle and explained answers to my many questions in a way that I could considered purchasing my new-to-me car. He was obviously informed about the vehicle and explained answers to my many questions in a way that I could understand. I especially appreciated that he researched the one question he did not know an answer to vs. making up an answer; he then updated me within minutes. Johnny was not pushy or overbearing, which would have been counter-productive to him and Forest City Honda. Johnny naturally strikes the perfect balance while interacting on a personal and professional level, helping me feel like a human being and not a commission. I plan to return to Forest City Honda and work with Johnny for my future needs. More
