The employees are all very friendly. They did a great job taking care of me. I also want to mention while I was sitting in the waiting room this gentle men’s car was in for service. The Nissan employee taking care of him came to talk to him about his care and how long it would take like 3 hours. Him and his wife have 1 car they share and she was at work and he had a 3:00 Dr. Appointment. Then this young lady came to him and asked him would you like to borrow my car to go home and then to your appointment. The gentleman looked at her and said you would do that for me? And she every so politely said of course sir it would be a pleasure to help you. She said I will have someone drive it around to you. The gentleman was so happy. I thought you should know what happened that day October 9. I was so overwhelmed with joy at the kindness of Sutherland Nissan. More
