Where to start. . From a service standpoint John was probably one of the most difficult and creepy individuals to deal with. He discussed being single and divorced to . From a service standpoint John was probably one of the most difficult and creepy individuals to deal with. He discussed being single and divorced to a married woman, very inappropriate . We stopped into the dealership with a good idea of the issue we were dealing with. He immediately told us that it wasn’t possible and highly unlikely. After 3 hours of waiting the mechanic came back and confirmed our intuitions. After paying for the diagnostic, which is insane if you intend to get the work done there. John was unable to produce an estimate for the actual work needing to be done. Verbally quoting it at $1700, but in the document sent it was over $2300. There was incorrect parts, labor etc. When asked to make a new quote with the correct dollar amount due he said his computer would not allow him to do so. Overall, a pretty crappy experience. Unless Kim is there or returns we will not be going back. Making a woman feel uncomfortable when she is just trying to get her vehicle fixed is not okay! More
