I purchased a new 2019 Golf R and have been having it serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very personal and professional. I had since met Johnny Walker at my service last year. This month I was at the dealership for an oil change when I started talking with John and next thing I know I am purchasing a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas, Peak Edition. Johnny was my sales associate and Joe assisted as well. The Atlas checked off all of my boxes that I have been wanting and Coastal staff made it easy to make the move. I am always impressed that Coastal keeps its staff, it must be because they are treated well. I would highly recommend Coastal Volkswagen sales and service. More

Every person we encountered was professional and pleasant. Our salesperson, Johnnie Walker, was really great. From start to finish, was hands down the best car buying experience! Evan was amazing. So knowledgeable, no pressure and an all around pleasure to work with.
