I came in with a friend who had recently leased a car with John. He has exceptional customer service. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and checked to see if they had a car in the color I wante with John. He has exceptional customer service. Upgraded to a 2024 Honda Prologue and John Woodruff who had helped my wife lease a CR-V, made the whole process painless and anxiety-free. This is my first EV and John's knowledge and mirth made switching from an ICE vehicle to an EV painless. The trade-in with my Accord felt fair and overall, the financial aspect was sensible and I was presented with a lot of options to fit our specific needs. Would recommend John Woodruff at Bianchi.
