Never did we feel hurried .Josh did a great job of explaining and touring the state of the Art facility and all Honda stands for and has to offer. He and John made our purchase of our 1st Honda seamless. Lennon took us thru the financial deals and extremely efficient in showing us our options without being pressured. Upgraded to a 2024 Honda Prologue and John Woodruff who had helped my wife lease a CR-V, made the whole process painless and anxiety-free. This is my first EV and John's knowledge and mirth made switching from an ICE vehicle to an EV painless. The trade-in with my Accord felt fair and overall, the financial aspect was sensible and I was presented with a lot of options to fit our specific needs. Would recommend John Woodruff at Bianchi.
