They added extra service plans to father’s financed contract without explaining to him what he was signing or providing a hard copy. My father is a senior citizen, hard of hearing, poor eye sight and contract without explaining to him what he was signing or providing a hard copy. My father is a senior citizen, hard of hearing, poor eye sight and permanently disabled veteran. They way they illegally added these service plans without his knowledge is a crime. When I tried to rectify the situation by removing these plans, I left numerous messages for John, Vivian, and Steve. They also received an email from their sales department stating my concerns. No one had the decency to call me back. I finally got a hold of Vivian due to consistent calls one week later. She acts as though there is no urgency or apologize for their wrongdoings. We are being charged compounded interest on this service plans added to the loan. All the finance department cares about is reaching their monthly goals by keeping the four service plans. I will never purchase another car with Craig Zinn group. I have purchased six Lexus and this was the worse experience ever. More

He explained the maintenance and repair process in a way that was easy for me to understand, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in the hands of an expert.
