Don’t go here! My car is ruined after getting it back for a recall. The ground wiring was never put back after they took it apart. They won’t assume any responsibility and every month I’m having to replace my headlight, brake lights and anything with a bulb. My overhead light in back even caught on fire and melted everything around it. I leased this car and as soon as I bought it I had a recall. I took it in to the Folsom lake Hyundai location and once I got it back, it was never the same. I asked them to fix it and they said there was nothing wrong. I then took it to another mechanic and he said Folsom lake Hyundai totaled my car. I was left with nothing. My car was always maintained by a mechanic at the Hyundai dealership and every time I took it back after the recall they kept saying nothing was wrong and they wouldn’t even try and explain why all of my lights keep exploding in their sockets! Then to find out that the mechanics there didn’t even try to trouble shoot the problems with my car every time I took it back sent me to the moon! The ignorance, unprofessionalism and down right incompetence that was displayed should have put these people in jail. If I had known how to hold them responsible before, I would of absolutely taken them to court. They are criminals and their licenses should all be taken. Folsom lake Hyundai took advantage of me. Don’t let it happen to you! You have rights as a buyer, use them! More

Always a good experience. Bryce was very nice and explained everything very well. I go to Folsom Lake dealership even though Roseville dealership is closer. Even though i was Bryce was very nice and explained everything very well. I go to Folsom Lake dealership even though Roseville dealership is closer. Even though i was late for my appointment due to an accident that caused a traffic back up i still got in and out in reasonable time. The waiting room is very nice with free snacks and wiFi. I will continue to use Folsom Lake for my Hyundai vehicle’s care. More

I had a great experience at Folsom Lake Hyundai during my recent service appointment. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done w recent service appointment. The service was quick, the waiting area was comfortable, and they kept me updated the whole time. My car was ready right on schedule and running perfectly when I left. Overall, it was smooth, stress-free, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for future service. More

Went in for my 65K checkup. Chase in service was awesome worked with me, showed me pricing plans for all that could get done. Plus no upsaleing. Bought my car here, service done here, nothing but awesome staff and service. More
