Everyone was kind and helpful. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. When things got chaotic on my end, they found solutions and had a plan to make everything work in a tim I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2021 Ridgeline from Lester Glenn Honda. This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle! While servicing our Subaru at Lester Glenn in Toms River we spo Honda. This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle! While servicing our Subaru at Lester Glenn in Toms River we spoke with a member of the sales team who was kind enough to refer us to John Wilk at Lester Glenn Honda and even called ahead to arrange a meeting. When we arrived, John was expecting us and met with us right away. He was able to tell us about vehicles that were expected to arrive at the dealership soon, since there were no Ridgelines available at that time. He took our name and promised to call when the vehicle arrived. And he did! We worked with Chuck Garbe to finalize the purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely refer our friends and family. A really great experience! More

I bought my first Honda Hybrid in 2008 and it still runs fine thanks to the service at Coast Honda. This car has never disappointed me. I do not mind it is not a fast car. I recently bought a new 2021 Hond fine thanks to the service at Coast Honda. This car has never disappointed me. I do not mind it is not a fast car. I recently bought a new 2021 Honda Civic that I very much like driving. It is more of a car than my hybrid. The color is really Rallye Red a beauty to behold as I am overwhelmed with compliments. The car handles so well and is easy to adjust for all manner of comfort. I hope I have this at least as long as my 2008 Honda. I would not drive any car but Honda and would not seek service any where but Coast Honda where they know what they are doing. More

This is our 5th purchase at Coast Honda our new vehicle is a 2020 Pilot. Horrible experiernce .consumer fraud I leased a honda crv .already had 2016 lease wanted out because of problems so they gave me a real lemon a 2018 crv stoles all the time since i got i I leased a honda crv .already had 2016 lease wanted out because of problems so they gave me a real lemon a 2018 crv stoles all the time since i got it .very hard to get apoint from service even when i bring it they say it is ok .brought it to another honda 8 times in 2 month changed battery but they tell me something is draining battery .they do not know what it is i have a claim with honda but dealership do not care or answer the phone or return the call .neither honda finantial.i pay 400 dollares a month and i rent cars all the time AAA will not start car for ne anymore.i need to be out of that lease .my recomendation Stay AwAy From Coast Honda and There sales manager John Wilyuk and Christopher Voyght the salesman .this expereince is effecting my health .and it is cobsumer fraud.car only has 4000 miles on it More

Absolutely Horrible The individuals that work at Coast Honda in Sea Girt are the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. If I could give zero stars The individuals that work at Coast Honda in Sea Girt are the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. If I could give zero stars I would. I turned my lease in to them about ten days ago. I mistakenly forgot my EZpass in my vehicle and I assumed this would be easily resolved but I was mistaken. The first two times I went in to Coast Honda to retrieve my EZpass the employees there couldn’t even locate my file at all. Finally, on the third attempt, they located my file and my car was still on the lot. I thought my EXpass would be right where I left it but somehow it was missing from my vehicle. The sales manager and every other employee I spoke with had no answers for me and basically told me I was out of luck. They did not even apologize for my personal property missing. They even went so far as to accuse me of lying about the EZpass being left in my vehicle in the first place. I did make a mistake and leave something in my vehicle but it should not have been difficult to get it back. This was a horrible experience with Coast Honda. They have horrible customer service, very bad attitudes, and accused me of being a liar. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
