As everyone knows how painful it can get negotiating a fair purchase price for a new vehicle I can tell you my Salesman John Weinand was extr Acura . New car purchase. John was great to deal with. He was patient with me as it was during the beginning of the shut down in March. He was respectful when I asked to wait o John was great to deal with. Salesman John was great. vehicle prep needs improvement. Working with John W, was nice. We let him know what we wanted and I feel he did a good job at getting it for us at reasonable price. On the other hand I was a bit disappointed with the prep of the vehicle. Running it though a car wash is not the way to deliver a new Acura. I noticed at the dealership that one side of the windshield wiper trough was full of debris. But I didn't think too much of it. I also noticed that the 3M film had a few spots where the install had finger prints on the under side of the film. But when I got it home and went to wax it I got a real unwelcome surprise. The car was covered with what I believe was tree sap. I spent 4 hours with rubbing alcohol and then rubbing compound and my buffer before I could even think of putting on a coat of wax. More
