We have lost count the number of cars we have purchased (and/or leased) in our family over the past 20+ years. We have always been impressed with the sales and service staff of Don Ayres Honda which is wh (and/or leased) in our family over the past 20+ years. We especially appreciate Any Hitzemann, our salesman who has sold us our last several vehicles. I bought a used car right after it was traded in and Chris was very communicative, letting me know the status of the car as it was detailed and serviced before pick up. The car I purchased qualified for Chris was very communicative, letting me know the status of the car as it was detailed and serviced before pick up. The car I purchased qualified for the Honda Certified True Used warranty which gives me even more confidence in my purchase. Everyone I came in contact with, from the sales lot to the general manager, was relaxed and friendly, resulting in a no pressure atmosphere where I felt comfortable to take my time to look, think, and ask all my questions. While sitting alone, waiting for Chris to get paperwork around, the music was great and anyone not with another customer casually chatted with each other and me, giving me the impression they enjoyed being there. I plan to have this car for many years, and when the time comes for a new one, I will reach out to Chris again. More

I have been a customer of Don Ayers Honda for four decades; I’ve never purchased a vehicle outside of this dealership. The late Don Ayers was a personal friend and made sure I was taken care of very decades; I’ve never purchased a vehicle outside of this dealership. When I told Don about a quality service I had, he would say, “that’s the way it supposed to be,” at my store. More

Watch out for their slyness and trickery. They will go behind your back and get your personal information. Even if you do your job to get your own financing. They still ignore what your asking them for behind your back and get your personal information. Even if you do your job to get your own financing. They still ignore what your asking them for and insists on doing it their way. Not sure if that's because I'm a woman or if because I'm a Hispanic that they thought I couldn't afford their car. Either way to make matters worst when I ask for management this young guys said he would help. When I explained my situation he said well I don't have notes so if you can't tell me who called that's a bank issue not our issue. He was right that my issue and also my money I took somewhere else... my gain their loss. Another friend told me his in laws try this same place a received poor service also. More

Pete Ort has been my adviser for some time at the dealership in FW. I have complete trust in his guidance for servicing my cars ( we own 2 Hondas ). Pete has a deeper knowledge of operation of the dealership in FW. I have complete trust in his guidance for servicing my cars ( we own 2 Hondas ). Pete has a deeper knowledge of operation of the modern computer controlled systems in the vehicles since he was a mechanic himself and does most of his own service work on his cars. This equates to a Service Adviser who can explain how the battery / charging system works or why it is important to have fuel injector service at the recommended interval. This ability to explain why we need certain service is a great asset for the customer......Plus he is upbeat and positive to work with.....5 stars for Pete ! More
