John Velasco and the team was very friendly and patient. As we went in there just to look and see what was in our range. They didn't rush us to make a purchase, they made sure it was something we wanted. T As we went in there just to look and see what was in our range. They didn't rush us to make a purchase, they made sure it was something we wanted. They helped us out to making sure it was right for us as well fitting into our budget. They stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of. John was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we wanted, so whatever questions we had he was able to answer. He gave us space to have a conversation (husband and I) about making a decision, he was never hoarding us. He just made us feel calm and not feeling like we had to make a decision with in seconds. Robert the manager was very involved as well on making sure we were taken care of and our expectations were meet. Mark took his time to explain all the paperwork and making sure we understood everything. As well any questions we was able to answer. I would highly recommend dodge dealership to family and friends. I definitely will be coming back for future vehicles. More
