Really nice dealership. Out of snacks every time we went. Had to wait for our sakes person even though we had an appt both times. Paperwork wasn’t ready when we arrived. This is my second car that I have leased from Lexus of Sarasota and each experience has been nothing but positive and professional. My first salesman was Armondo (in 2022) and my salesman this time was (i Sarasota and each experience has been nothing but positive and professional. My first salesman was Armondo (in 2022) and my salesman this time was (in 2024) was John Taylor. I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. They aren’t typical salesman that try to scam you either. They do their absolute to give you fair prices. The finance manager, the gentleman who does the closing documents and also the technician who explains all the functions of the car are all absolutely phenomenal!! More
