While they were cordial enough, I would never have agreed to the add-on appearance protection plan if I'd known how much it would cost. $1,950 is insane. By the time I found out and objected, they told me it to the add-on appearance protection plan if I'd known how much it would cost. $1,950 is insane. By the time I found out and objected, they told me it was too late because they'd already begun spraying my car with it. It completely ruined the car buying experience for me and I am very upset. I can't enjoy my new car because this tainted the whole thing. I should have asked, of course, but they started before I had signed paperwork and then told me it was too late when I saw the charge. Shady, underhanded and financially very difficult for me to bear. More
