They replaced the starter on 09/19 and I had problems starting the car on Friday, 11/01. I contacted them by telephone and they gave me the number of a towing service they use. I contacted the towing ser starting the car on Friday, 11/01. I contacted them by telephone and they gave me the number of a towing service they use. I contacted the towing service and they picked up my vehicle on Saturday morning at 10:00. The service department called me at 10:30 on Monday morning, they replaced the starter at no cost to me. I've been a long time customer since I purchased my current vehicle. Great service as always! More

We were traveling from Erie, Pa to Telford, Pa. On I-80, our 2019 Honda CRV started displaying warning alerts and stopped running. We finally got it running and were able to drive to the Spitzer d On I-80, our 2019 Honda CRV started displaying warning alerts and stopped running. We finally got it running and were able to drive to the Spitzer dealership. The service department was able to restore proper running and did a test drive and determined that it was once again running fine with no dashboard warnings. A definite cause was never able to be determined. We then continued our trip with no further problems. John Stine met with me and I explained the problem. He immediately assigned a technician to resolve the problem. Problem solved. I have rarely had a real emergency while on the road (a long way from home), but my wife and I were certainly glad to have the good fortune to come to Spitzer Honda. WELL DONE SPITZER HONDA! More

John greeted us and went over the problem when we dropped the car off. He explained everything in detail and what they did to help the shudder and about the detailed 5 point inspection. We liked that they the car off. He explained everything in detail and what they did to help the shudder and about the detailed 5 point inspection. We liked that they sent us a video of the 5 point inspection and that Allysa called to see we wanted the optional rear wiper blade replaced. We were extremely happy with our service and would bring our car there again. More
