september 10 2024 and i have been to this dealership a few times and everytime i been coming in ,brought items from the parts dept .and the clerks or sales people is very courteous and polite ,dont mind h few times and everytime i been coming in ,brought items from the parts dept .and the clerks or sales people is very courteous and polite ,dont mind helping you in any way they can ,the service dept dont mind helping you out in anyway they can ,they is always nice to you ,the sales dept . is great , dont mind telling my friends ,family about this dealership ,outsiders also . thank you very much . Robin was very easy to work with and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics that I am used to dealing with from the other dealerships in the town. My service at Moore Buick was amazing as always. Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the negativty that circulates. My parents never bought a car in Jacksonville growing up. I had my first experience in 2020 when I purchased my Acadia. Robin was amazing. In Feb of this year I brought a friend to look at cars, and ended up purchasing my new car. I was worried that Moore wouldn't be able to service the car due to make and model. However, they WERE! Thank you LORD! I have never experienced service better than the service at Moore Buick since I have been driving. Emily was my service advisor this time and she was great. I have worked with several over my time using Moore Buick and they have all been wonderful. Also, Ryan was wonderful in finance when I bought my car. Thank you all! More

Great customer service as always! Dakota greeted me and recognized that I had a new vehicle. Oil change and mud flap istallation completed while I waited. I was in and out fast.
