Our sales person RAMY was by far the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and so sweet and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Let me begin with the statement that I am extremely happy with my new used car. No complaints with the dealership, Kyle, or Alex who answered questions when I returned with the title of my trade in and Exp with my new used car. I felt pressured on the warranty information, but understand the man was doing what was required, a super salesman with very clear explanations. Kyle, the salesman was quite helpful with negotiating the price. Only slight disappointment was the gas tank was not topped off and the brake dust wasn't cleaned off the wheels. Alex assured me the tank would be topped off my next visit. I didn't notice the brake dust until I got home. This was my best experience in buying a car new or used in 38 years. More

I've always been pleased with Honda of Ocala but my recent experience in the Service Department with Rob Young was superior! After making an appointment easily on line, I got there on time and Rob Youn recent experience in the Service Department with Rob Young was superior! The dealership treated me like I was not worthy of a call back or worth them even pulling my credit after I was willing to travel 3 hours to trade in my vehicle and pay whatever down to get the vehicle that back or worth them even pulling my credit after I was willing to travel 3 hours to trade in my vehicle and pay whatever down to get the vehicle that I wanted. The finance manager John Simms told me that the vehicle I wanted was not the vehicle for me because it was too expensive and would take thousands down to purchase. He made this accusation out of pure ignorance. Didn't even pull my credit. It upset myself and NY husband so bad. I will never do business at this place and shame on John and MIke for treating me that way. I'm assuming because I'm a black woman I can't afford a 64 thousand dollar tahoe. We were trying to purchase the vehicle and pay half of it off but was never given that chance. I am disgusted with how I was treated and do not recommend anyone to do business with these people. Shame on you. Received an order online and put in a credit app. Drove hours to dealership. Not only did not honor offer, increased MSRP by $10k for "additional dealer profit". Then tried to bait and switch to a less expensive vehicle which was still around 80% monthly pyment greater than initial offer. Deceptive advertising, bait and switch. You confirm the worst sterotype to car dealers. Wasted a while day for this. SHAME ON YOU! More
