I purchased my 2025 CR-V EX on April 4, 2025. The Buying process was ok. My big complaint was the constant barrage of texts, phone calls etc from the sale team to the managers all insisting i pro The Buying process was ok. My big complaint was the constant barrage of texts, phone calls etc from the sale team to the managers all insisting i provide them with a perfect score on the survey being sent to me. The manager Mr. Lehman even offered me a full tank of gas, free window tinting and a $50 gift certificate. The problem; I was experiencing an issue already with the vehicle. Lehman assured me it would be fine. Just capture a screenshot of the error reading. Again, he asked for my review. Against my better judgment, I did the survey. When I called him to say I had the error to discuss...he was completely dismissive of anything I wanted to say. Unprofessional and insulting. Before he "disconnected" our phone conversation, I heard him tell his colleagues I was "bat xxxx crazy." My recommendation is don't do a survey regardless of what they try and bribe you with until you know your vehicle, even a brand new one, is working perfect. To Honda of Ocala...a team meeting suggesting your managers should not call your customers names and insult them. More

Traded a vehicle to Honda of Ocala on 11/15/24 as of today 12/6/24 my trade in has not been paid off. I am now getting late notifications from my financial institution. When you sign over a trade, all o today 12/6/24 my trade in has not been paid off. I am now getting late notifications from my financial institution. When you sign over a trade, all of that is based on a 10 day pay off. I have been to the dealership and called the dealership multiple times, and nothing is being done as of yet. I would be very hesitant before doing any deals with this company. Highly frustrated with Honda of Ocala. More

If you are in the car market, whether you have sparkly credit or whether you’re trying to trade a car with not so good credit or whatever your situation, I promise you you are in the right spot. Our sales person RAMY was by far the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and so sweet and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The sales manager, we spoke to at the end was also extremely caring and understanding, and also made us feel like family. Don’t hesitate, you are in the right hands at Honda of Ocala! Let me begin with the statement that I am extremely happy with my new used car. No complaints with the dealership, Kyle, or Alex who answered questions when I returned with the title of my trade in and Exp with my new used car. No complaints with the dealership, Kyle, or Alex who answered questions when I returned with the title of my trade in and Explained why the mountain of papers to be signed at closing. I felt pressured on the warranty information, but understand the man was doing what was required, a super salesman with very clear explanations. Kyle, the salesman was quite helpful with negotiating the price. Only slight disappointment was the gas tank was not topped off and the brake dust wasn't cleaned off the wheels. Alex assured me the tank would be topped off my next visit. I didn't notice the brake dust until I got home. This was my best experience in buying a car new or used in 38 years. More

I've always been pleased with Honda of Ocala but my recent experience in the Service Department with Rob Young was superior! After making an appointment easily on line, I got there on time and Rob Youn recent experience in the Service Department with Rob Young was superior! After making an appointment easily on line, I got there on time and Rob Young had everything ready for a quick oil change and new engine air filter. Rob treated me like a long lost friend and I was in and out in an hour. Amazingling fast and all at a reasonable price. Great service! More
