I have had them all Toyota Mercedes BMW Nissan Hyundai and this is the best car for the price the service department is phenomenal and everyone from sales to receptionist to PHIL,the leasing guy and mgmt. and so many others are just great. By the way on my previous trip up north, I was driving a EOS, thst I really loved and I was sitting in traffic and sandwiched in a four car accident ,my beloved dog and myself we're pretty much okay, thanks to Volkswagen! However, Mr. John Shorter, at Gunther Volkswagen was certainly the most considerate and straightforward person I have ever dealt with in my recent purchase of a Tiguan for my daughter, who is now a college student. We purchased a V.W. Bug, from John for my daughter’s 16th birthday. And we came back 3 years later for another car; without ever a thought of going anywhere else! John made my daughter feel that this was her special day and she was the most important person in the showroom.
