Scheduled maintenance John was extremely helpful when I came in for my routine maintenance. He answered all my questions and took me out to my car to show me the specifics John was extremely helpful when I came in for my routine maintenance. He answered all my questions and took me out to my car to show me the specifics of the car to help answer my questions and concerns. In my opinion, he went out of his way to educate me about my vehicle and support my knowledge of the processes I was paying for. This is who John is. Service dept review First time taking car for an oil change since purchasing. I made my appointment online with John Shaw because I remembered him from when I came in for First time taking car for an oil change since purchasing. I made my appointment online with John Shaw because I remembered him from when I came in for my post purchase check up. He was friendly and entertained my numerous questions. I arrived early for my appt but he made sure my car got in so I didn't have to leave it all day. I'll be making my appts with John in the future. The complimentary car wash is a plus too! More
