I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

Best Service Ever!!! John Shaw is by far the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is extremely considerate and knowledgeable of what he does. Genuinely concerned and awesome service! I think I have the most considerate Service Advisor there is, We are all in this crazy Covid-19 pandemic but I needed to have service done on my vehi I think I have the most considerate Service Advisor there is, We are all in this crazy Covid-19 pandemic but I needed to have service done on my vehicle. I was apprehensive about getting this done but also knew it was needed. John greeted me although socially distanced, with a big smile and reassurance that every CDC recommendation was being followed. John even wiped down a pen and once my vehicle was ready, he walked me to it and then wiped down my door handle and steering wheel! Crown Acura is truly a class act as is John Shaw. Thank you and stay safe! More

Very Pleased I was very pleased to have my car serviced at Crown Acura. I was greeted by John Shaw, who was very knowledgeable and gracious.
