I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

Tire Service I brought my vehicle in to repair a nail in the tire and ended up buying a new tire. I knew I had purchased a "Tire Warranty", but I could not find t I brought my vehicle in to repair a nail in the tire and ended up buying a new tire. I knew I had purchased a "Tire Warranty", but I could not find the paperwork. John Shaw, was able to find my warranty paperwork online immediately and it was a whirlwind after that getting it fixed! He had a new tire ordered and ready for me the very next day, had it on, balanced and ready to go in no time. John was very mindful of keeping me up to date on the progress of my repair. I always enjoy working with John as he always greets me with a great smile, he has a patient demeanor and always gets me back on the road as efficiently as possible. Thanks once again John for another positive experience! More

The first person that smile at me when I walked into Crown Acura was John Shaw. Little did I know he was the person I was coming to see. My Acura needed a oil change and the A/C needed some work. He was Crown Acura was John Shaw. Little did I know he was the person I was coming to see. My Acura needed a oil change and the A/C needed some work. He was very sincere and polite. Service and Repair I have been a customer of Crown Acura foe several years. Recently I called to make an appt for service on my Acura 2013 RDX. I was overdue on service I have been a customer of Crown Acura foe several years. Recently I called to make an appt for service on my Acura 2013 RDX. I was overdue on service and concerned about my brakes. I spoke to John Shaw. He set me up for an appt immediately. When I arrived he checked me in and set up the inspection check. When completed he sat down with me and went over all of the details of service my car needed and the amount it would cost up front. He was extremely professional and courteous, He set me up with a loaner car in advance as well. He made the process of my visit very pleasant and unstressful. I would highly recommend Acura of Clearwater service dept run by John Shaw. He is knowledgeable, honest, fair, and extremely accommodating. He truly is an assest to this dealership.
