Car battery was bad, got a 2nd jump that weekend and had to come in and hour before my scheduled appointment and was a time crunch w/ work. This dealership is one of the best I have ever done business with. They are courteous and do everything they can to keep the prices reasonable and get you in and out quickly. I usually wait in the cour business with. They are courteous and do everything they can to keep the prices reasonable and get you in and out quickly. I usually wait in the courtesy area where there are snacks and coffee/bottled water provided and my car is always clean after service. I always try to work with John Shaw. He will do everything he can to make your visit pleasant and keep your car in top shape. More

Had to drop off car on a Sunday with a dead battery. Left a note that I needed it at 10am Monday. Arrived at 10 am and my MDX was washed and ready to go.
