I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

EXEMPLARY service from John Shaw as always! I’ve been going to Crown and dealing with John for 10 years now with my first RDX then he helped me when I was ready trade in that vehicle for my new one this going to Crown and dealing with John for 10 years now with my first RDX then he helped me when I was ready trade in that vehicle for my new one this past year. For this service visit, John was terrific about calling me back promptly and helping me reschedule my initial appointment due to a schedule conflict. He couldn’t have been nicer about it. I brought my RDX in first thing on morning of 20 Dec 2021 for the scheduled (B6) maintenance. John was there to greet me and get my RDX quickly checked in and straight to the mechanic. Amazingly, my RDX was ready in just over an hour and that included the courtesy vacuuming and car wash!! John did a fantastic job making this a pleasurable experience and expediting the service while I waited. Thank you so much!!! More

Always receive excellent service. My service manager, John Shaw is knowledgeable, honest, courteous and professional. I trust that he won't try to sell me services that I don't need. Today when I came in I forgot that my appt was scheduled for another day but John having great customer obsession made a way to fit me in and also got me out with time to spare.
