Very disappointed regarding Integrity of Dealership & Management. Have bought multiple vehicles in the past. I was in the process of purchasing another vehicle when I noticed the terms in My contract we Management. Have bought multiple vehicles in the past. I was in the process of purchasing another vehicle when I noticed the terms in My contract were changed. I would advise that any customer read their contract extra carefully. An alternate Dealer is recommended. More

In response to my previous review, I was asked to reach out to the Sales Manager J. Salam by the General Manager, Gen Balouev. . I did reach out to Mr. Salama and he offered to make a monthly payment towar out to the Sales Manager J. Salam by the General Manager, Gen Balouev. . I did reach out to Mr. Salama and he offered to make a monthly payment towards my account because of the unsatisfactory experience I had. I accepted the offer and got it in writing. I realized that maybe I shouldn't judge this dealership on a couple of employees. That was not the case. It is clear why some of the employees are practicing dishonest sales techniques. I would love to discuss this disappointing experience with G. Balouev. Until then I HIGHLYH RECOMMEND YOU READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR FROM NORM REEVES HONDA IN WEST COVINA. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and not high pressure which I appreciated. Once entering the dealership I was greeted with a welcome and offered a bottle of cold water, and or coffee, which was great because it was very hot outside that day. I then sat for my scheduled appointment and offered a bottle of cold water, and or coffee, which was great because it was very hot outside that day. I then sat for my scheduled appointment sales representative which only took about five minutes worth while drinking my water . The saleswomen, “Desire” ( I believe was her name) quickly showed us and was able to test drive the vehicle that we were looking for, a 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid sport in Pearl white. All my questions were answered and was content with the final pricing. Thanks again for Team Honda at West Covina More

My husband and I arrived at the dealership on Friday 4/28 morning around 9am with a vehicle in mind, however, they didn't have the color we wanted. My husband asked for Ricky Ricardo and he assisted us in th morning around 9am with a vehicle in mind, however, they didn't have the color we wanted. My husband asked for Ricky Ricardo and he assisted us in the entire process. He told us they could do a swap with another location that had the color we wanted, so we proceeded with that choice. While we waited for the swap to happen we started the pricing process with Ricky Ricardo. He was very positive, attentive and understanding. Once we were close to closing the pricing deal we had his manager John Salama assists with finalizing a number everyone was happy with. They both worked with us to make sure we received the vehicle we wanted. The paperwork was done with Moe and he made sure everything was well organized. They all went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth and positive process. We left the dealership around 2pm with our new 2023 Red Honda Civic Hatchback. My husband went back on Wednesday 05/03 to get a tailgate spoiler installed and they did an excellent job and took good care of his vehicle. We are very pleased with everyone and everything; we have recommended the dealership location to friends and family. We plan to return once we're ready for another vehicle. Management does not care about their own customers. The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunc The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunction errors on the infotainment system. This led me to discover damage on my vehicle which was caused by an accident that Norm Reeves knowingly denied to tell me. I took the car in to see if they would fix the damages and Erick Ramos and management denied to fix them, stating you bought it “as is”. Obviously they only care about the bottom line and not their customers. Avoid this dealership. More
