Johnny was incredibly genuine, straightforward, and easy to work with from the start. No pressure, no games—just a real conversation focused on getting to a fair deal. He took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish and worked with us to make it happen. In the end, he was able to put together a very fair deal on our new Honda Odyssey and our trade-in, and the whole process felt transparent and respectful. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process, but Johnny absolutely did that for us. Overall, I'm very pleased with the used vehicle. I am very disappointed with the way the deal was handled. They actually lied about the number of accidents my trade in was in. They claimed it was two. I was also disappointed in the finance amount. It was a high percentage rate. I had a down payment and trade in so I was not going to finance the entire vehicle and plan to pay off the loan quickly. I called to ask about percentage rate with Honda Corporation. What they didn't tell me was it was only for certified Honda used vehicles, and mine was not certified, I found out at the end of all the ups and downs with making the deal. Here's what I learned. They beg you to write a good review on their Google site. They brag that they have the best Google rating. This means nothing. They come out of the gate and tell you all the lovely things you want to hear. Make sure the car you are interested in is still available before you do anything. Make sure you know what your trade in is worth through the online services. Make sure you don't let them take you for a fool. Ask about what the interest rate is for the exact vehicle you are buying before you make the final decision. They always try to upsell you. This is a part of the game, I guess. Fortunately, in the end, I got a great vehicle. But the process was horrible. I will not use Zeigler again. More
