Was looking for a new vehicle after my previous one was deemed a total loss. I did find some online and came to Sun Toyota to check if they were in stock. Chris greeted me, my wife, and daughter and was ab deemed a total loss. I did find some online and came to Sun Toyota to check if they were in stock. Chris greeted me, my wife, and daughter and was able to help assist me but unfortunately the vehicles were not in stock, however, he took the time to help show me certain ones available on the lot. I was able to look at certain vehicles that were in the range I was looking for and after narrowing it down and doing a bit of research plus taking a test drive, I went with the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and Chris was able to help me get a great deal out of plus shower me the car fax on the vehicle too. Once I was going through all the paperwork I needed to do, Chris made sure the vehicle was all cleaned up inside and out. Chris also mentioned before all of this that “this is your vehicle” and was indeed correct on that. Walking in to the dealership, Everyone was in a good mood. We have 5 cars total and we change up regularly so we visit a lot of dealerships. Sun Toyota was by far one of the cleanest and well kept lots ,as well as interiors we have seen. John Robinson was our salesperson, and he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to get us a more than fair valuation of our trade. I could tell that he takes pride in what he does and that he enjoys his position at the dealership. We purchased a brand new (with less than 10 miles on it) Toyota Corolla hatchback nightshade. He spent extra time with us to help us configure the radio, and the connected services without hesitation. We will be returning to overview other vehicles when we need to upgrade\change our our other older vehicles in the near future. The included Toyota care and other packages are super nice to have. a nice Value add for anyone to consider. Excellent Group to work with.
