I shopped extensively before making my decision and received quotes from multiple Toyota dealerships throughout Northern Virginia. Not every dealership treated me with the same level of professionalism and respect, but John and the team at Toyota of Woodbridge stood out from the very beginning. John was knowledgeable, transparent, patient, and never pressured me. As a fellow veteran, he understood what was important to me and connected with me on a personal level while still remaining professional throughout the entire process. Military customers in Northern Virginia should absolutely seek him out if they’re looking for a straightforward, honest buying experience. I’d also like to recognize Gabriel in management. He and John worked together to earn my business, treated me with respect throughout the negotiations, and were willing to work with me rather than resort to sales tactics.
