This is at least the eleventeeth car I’ve bought over the last thirty years, and it was the smoothest buying process I’ve ever experienced. Ourisman didn’t beat around the bush and came right in with an aggr last thirty years, and it was the smoothest buying process I’ve ever experienced. Ourisman didn’t beat around the bush and came right in with an aggressive price right out the gate, and made the entire process smooth. JT and Tony in sales were wonderful, and very pleasant to deal with. Jonathan in F&I was similarly awesome to deal with. Everyone was straight with me and made my purchase an easy process. in particular, JT’s follow-up, before I even came in the store, worked very well for me. I’m looking forward to furthering my relationship with Ourisman and they will be my first stop in a couple years when it’s time to replace the other car in the house. More
