Tony Valdez and Jonathan Rhodes helped me find the exact car I wanted — right color, right features, no compromises. Jonathan kept me updated on timelines the whole way through, which mattered a lot since the vehicle was popular enough that I had to place a hold on it. Tony made the actual buying process a breeze, and he was genuinely great with my two toddlers who had to tag along for paperwork — he kept things quick and easy so we weren't stuck there all day. Our financing was handled by Jonathan Rivera, and he made that part painless too. He never pushed us toward anything we said we didn't need, worked with us on pricing to get us to a number that worked, and actually found us better financing through Toyota than the loan we'd already been pre-approved for elsewhere. This is at least the eleventeeth car I’ve bought over the last thirty years, and it was the smoothest buying process I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was straight with me and made my purchase an easy process. in particular, JT’s follow-up, before I even came in the store, worked very well for me.
