So I changed a few things,The dealership as a whole is pretty good,my only complaint was my financing experience.As a person the guy seems great and I'm sure he is,however on this particular day he was wo pretty good,my only complaint was my financing experience.As a person the guy seems great and I'm sure he is,however on this particular day he was working for Capital one not me,some of the answers he gave me towards my questions were some what insulting,I have very good credit and could only get me 15% and only when I put more money down he got it to 11 something,my credit union the next day came back with 5.79%,so I will be financing with them.With that being said 1 bright spot he gave me I think was a good deal on my warranty package.The sales team was great couldn't have asked for better,as well as John Qullin and his service team which my car has a few issues that Romain knows about.Thank you for your time. More

Kennedy was ok to good for a salesman. She didn’t try to sell me or pressure me. Needs a little more seasoning. Dealership overall barely made 3 stars mostly for poor trade in performance. Originally trying to give me 8k when I had a much higher offer. When I suggested car max they raised but not up to car max final offer. I sold to car max for even more. Felt like they were trying to screw me. The financing side ws very good they deserved 4 stars. More

I didn't feel the need to haggle with the salesperson (Greg), I simply accepted his offer with gratitude because I could sense that he personally had already done everything he could to secure a fair and reasonable price for me. I went to “just look” at vehicles and I ended up driving away with a vehicle within two hours. Every day that I own the vehicle I am happier than before. I love this vehicle and for the first time ever, I do not feel cheated — I feel calm and happy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a vehicle. More
