Th My experience buying a vehicle could not have been better. Every person I spoke with was, kind, professional, genuine, and extremely knowledgable. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. I didn't feel the need to haggle with the salesperson (Greg), I simply accepted his offer with gratitude because I could sense that he personally had already done everything he could to secure a fair and reasonable price for me. I went to “just look” at vehicles and I ended up driving away with a vehicle within two hours. Every day that I own the vehicle I am happier than before. I love this vehicle and for the first time ever, I do not feel cheated — I feel calm and happy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a vehicle. More

When I took my car in for service to complete an update. When my car was returned, I noticed there was curb rash on my rim on the drivers side that was not there when I took it to the shop. I called and lef When my car was returned, I noticed there was curb rash on my rim on the drivers side that was not there when I took it to the shop. I called and left a voicemail to the service manager and explained the situation and provided a call back number. After weeks, I never received a call back. I went back to the shop for another update on my car and explained the situation in person to the service manager. Conveniently, the servers were down so they could not review the cameras to see when my rim was hit during service. I explained that I just wanted my rim fixed since I wasn't the one who hit a curb, and left my name and information. I was told the servers should be back up in 3 days and I would receive a call back. Again, I never received a call back and it's been over a month. Very unprofessional dealership at minimum, and they never even attempted to make the situation right. More
