When I took my car in for service to complete an update. When my car was returned, I noticed there was curb rash on my rim on the drivers side that was not there when I took it to the shop. I called and lef When my car was returned, I noticed there was curb rash on my rim on the drivers side that was not there when I took it to the shop. I called and left a voicemail to the service manager and explained the situation and provided a call back number. After weeks, I never received a call back. I went back to the shop for another update on my car and explained the situation in person to the service manager. Conveniently, the servers were down so they could not review the cameras to see when my rim was hit during service. I explained that I just wanted my rim fixed since I wasn't the one who hit a curb, and left my name and information. I was told the servers should be back up in 3 days and I would receive a call back. Again, I never received a call back and it's been over a month. Very unprofessional dealership at minimum, and they never even attempted to make the situation right. More

Did not have a good experience they failed to rotate tires when I paid for it and charged me parts that were under warranty. Contacted a not so friendly and accommodating service manager, John Quillen, tires when I paid for it and charged me parts that were under warranty. Contacted a not so friendly and accommodating service manager, John Quillen, who took days to resolve an the issues. And I am sure would have taken longer or if forgotten if I did not follow up. Was eventually reimbursed for warranty work, but not the right amount they still attempted to charge me for unnecessary services that I had to point out. Also didnt appreciate being blamed for warrant mistake because apparently it is my fault i didnt mention it was under warranty even though i purchase warranty through them. Also learned different parts are used on vehicles by the dealer if it is under warranty and not under warranty So my recommendation is make sure you get the services you paid for or go somewhere else. More
