Herb chambers has done it again!! Amazing service coupled with quick and efficient knowledgable service. Not only did herb chambers himself happen to be there at my time of pick up but he made time for a qui with quick and efficient knowledgable service. I was supposed to pick up the car and sign papers in the evening, however a unexpected work trip came up and the team worked together to get me in my car signed sealed and delivered and burning gas 4 hours ahead of schedule...anyone who's familiar with how hectic the car purchase process can be knows for a fact that, that's a remarkable feat but it's no surprise because herb chambers sets out for perfection and hits the mark every time...this is my families 6th vehicle might I add. After being introduced to Darlene, she immediately got to what I was looking for. She showed me my vehicle, we test drove it, and started writing it up, all with in my lunch hour!! She introduced my to Wil , one of the managers, and we came to an agreement with in 10-15 mins. This all took place on a Thursday @ 1pm. I took delivery of my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee the next day!! With out question the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks to everyone involved!! More

Doing all the research,stopping at the dealerships in the area, I stopped into Herb Chambers twice,comparing prices, options on a 2012 Grand Cherokee I decided to purchase. I was kinda dumbfounded at first area, I stopped into Herb Chambers twice,comparing prices, options on a 2012 Grand Cherokee I decided to purchase. I was kinda dumbfounded at first when no sales person "attacked" me once I stepped foot on the property on the two days I was there searching.But once I entered the office to inquire about the Cherokee, I was met with a very responsive and polite salesperson, Mark Cunningham. Mark took the time to gather all the info needed to put me into the vehicle I wanted, not what they were pushing off the lot.During the Q/A session and appointment Mark had later in the day showed up and hour early, Mark introduced me to John Puleo, John sat me down and without skipping a beat, picked up where Mark left off. John brought me to the vehicle I was interested in and explained "everything" about the vehicle, during the test drive, he continued to go over every little detail. As we arrived back to the dealership, my trade in was already evaluated, that's where I met George, George, George gave me a price for my trade-in that I could not pass up on the first offer, once that was agreed on we met Zack Zack is a funny guy, I was thinking to myself that this man does not take this purchase seriously, but again I was wrong, Zack was very professional,a down to earth person who while filling out the finance's, took the time to get to know me as a person, not a customer. Zack made an appointment for me to come back in two days to pick up my new purchase. I was 10 minutes early, he took me into his office, went over every little detail, what prices were for what, there were NO hidden charges ( as I found from another dealer i had made a purchase from). once the papers were signed Zack had a salesperson ready to show me my new vehicle, and low and behold it was Mark Cunningham, the first person I met that led me down the road to my purchase, Mark set everything up for, showed me how to use all the options. Top notch all the way!!! More
