I had a scheduled appointment at 2PM on 8/4/25 Dropped my car off before noon on 8/4/25 due to a bad right front tire, and the check transmission light was on, and to have the 1st free oil change complete my car off before noon on 8/4/25 due to a bad right front tire, and the check transmission light was on, and to have the 1st free oil change completed. My car was driven 11 mile by someone at the shop, and this was done on the bad tire with a the side wall blown out. Also during this drive of 11 miles, 34 miles of gas was used, the car had 77 miles to empty when dropped off, I followed it on the App. I was told the tech probably drove it. On 8/14/25 the wrong tire was ordered. On 8/15/25 I was told the right front wheel was bent and a new wheel was ordered. The wheel should have been checked when the bad tire was removed not 10 days after the car was dropped off. I got a call on 8/19/25 the car was ready to be picked up. Communication was terrible, I ask for pictures of the bent wheel but never received, I sent a number of emails with no response. Shop didn’t even wash the car. John Posey drove my car in left it running got out and said your good to go and walk off. I wash the car and I find no wheel weights on the new right front wheel! It might be possible the new tire and wheel was perfectly balanced but I highly doubt it, and I will have it checked out at another shop. More

I go there because I know my vehicle will be fixed right and they won’t sell me work I don’t need! and this is just one more example! More

Lug nuts were over tightened. More

They said that my car had an open recall on it... this is after I just bought t The tech left motor oil boot prints on my tan carpet and door trim. They said that my car had an open recall on it... this is after I just bought the car from this dealership three months ago after it was supposedly inspected, serviced and certified. The car also has a power steering fluid leak that just started after being purchased three months ago. I asked the service manager if they could look for where the leak is coming from while they're under it. He said that they couldn't tell me where the leak was coming from unless I paid a 150$ diagnosis fee, but that since the car had just reached a certain mileage he thought I should replace the whole system for 1000 dollars. So, this is after I just bought the car that they say it needs this much work. But since I bought it "certified," as-is, that means that they won't help me with the repairs, much less take a minute to tell me which part is leaking, in hopes they can ream me by convincing me it's better to replace the whole system... (the high pressure hose, the return hose and the motor.) What a joke. Never buy a used car from a dealership and never go to the service department of a dealership... they're just cheating you. More
