From the moment I walked in, I was treated with complete disrespect. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was wasting their time. One specific employee (wish I got his name) actually talked down to me as if I didn’t know anything about the car-buying process. Instead of trying to help or answer my questions, he gave me short, dismissive responses and a nasty attitude like I was a burden just for being there.
I came in genuinely interested in buying, ready to spend my money – and left completely disgusted. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a dealership. No courtesy, no professionalism, no help. Just pure arrogance and bad energy from the staff.
I will never return here, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this treatment. Coral Springs Kia needs serious accountability – people should not be treated this way. Absolutely unacceptable
